Bar Car Acres is names after owners Bart and Carman Beck. And just like their name implies, both Bart and Carman put a large part of themselves into their company.

It all began when co-owner Carman Beck visited a grooming shop in eighth grade for career day. From that day on, she was hooked! She opened her grooming business more than 30 years ago and still considers it a joy to go to work. Through the years, the grooming business evolved into a boarding facility when her clientele began requesting care for their pets while they were away.

Carman opened Bar Car Acres with her husband, Bart. Bart has a great rapport with the animals and especially enjoys training. Together, their love, dedication and skills have made Bar Car Acres a full-service pet facility, offering grooming, training, boarding, massage, specialty services and more.

Bart and Carman truly love pets. They raise Labrador Retreivers and participate in obedience shows and dog shows. They also enjoy taking their dogs on trips and playful outings.
